Faktor dari dalam

Merupakan faktor yang datang dari luar tubuh, pada umumnya berupa makanan dan radiasi. Obat-obatan tertentu yang diminum secara terus-menerus berpotensi menyebabkan kanker. Faktor-faktor lainnya:
Pola hidup yang kurang sehat: misalnya merokok, makanan berlemak, kurang serat, dsb.
Bahan karsiogenik: minyak goreng yang dipakai berulang-ulang, bahan kimia yang termakan
Radiasi: paparan radiasi dalam gelombang tertentu dapat memicu berkembangnya sel kanke
